Limited Warranty & Return Policy
Limited Warranty
We offer an Exclusive 1 Year Limited Warranty on all "SalonLevelUp" brand products purchased directly through our website. For all other products sold on this website that are not "SalonLevelUp" brand, or for "SalonLevelUp" brand products purchased though different channels (i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.), please contact us to find out the warranty period on your specific product.
For all "SalonLevelUp" brand products covered under our limited warranty: if for any reason your product is defective, not fully functional, or stops working within the warranty period (warranty starts on the date your product is shipped out from our warehouse), due to a manufacturer or parts defect, we will either send you the necessary parts to repair your item, or you may return your item to us to be repaired. If, for some reason, the item is not able to be repaired using replacement parts, we may decide to send you a new replacement unit or a full refund (if a replacement is not available) at our sole discretion.
We cover shipping costs to the customer after warranty work has been performed, or in such cases where we decide to replace the item. All costs to ship the item to our facility for a warranty related claim is the responsibility of the customer; unless the claim is within the first 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Policy
At SalonLevelUp, we are committed to customer satisfaction. For most products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus original shipping charges (must be in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging). In cases of the item not being in brand new condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply.
To request a return, please email us at support@salonlevelup.com with your order number. Once your return request has been authorized we will generate a return shipping label for you by email. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Your refund/credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Please note, once a refund has been issued, it can take anywhere from 7-14 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.
Any shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page.
- Products that have been damaged by the user (not a product defect).
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging.
- Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications.
- Large quantities of the same product (6 or more).
- SalonLevelUp"Pro Deals", Open-Box items or Clearance merchandise.
Before ordering large quantities, special order or custom products, we encourage you to ask us as many questions as possible, in order to ensure that the product(s) will meet your needs - including dimensions, electrical requirements, etc.
Note: requests to return items totaling more than $1,500, even in brand new condition, may incur restocking fees up to 15%. We reserve the right to apply refunds in the form of a store credit in certain circumstances.
Refunds For PayPal Orders
Due to recent changes to PayPal's policies, we are no longer able to recover transaction fees when we issue refunds to our customers who checkout using PayPal. Therefore, for all orders paid with PayPal, any refunds issued will be minus 4.5% to cover the transaction fee we are charged, which is now non-refundable, per PayPal.
