Ordering

We accept all major credit cards, along with ShopPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Yes, we do offer multiple financing options! Our current financing partners include ShopPay, Affirm, AfterPay and PayPal Credit. Alternatively, some of our customers have opened credit cards with low/zero introductory interest rates as a way to finance their orders over time.

If you wish to place your order by phone, we are happy to assist you Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. However, our website makes it simple, convenient and safe to place your order in minutes, 24/7!

Often, popular items will sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. Meaning the items are currently out of stock but that we have inbound shipments on the way to re-stock this product at our warehouse.

Ordering an item that is currently on back-order is an easy, worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line to receive the new inventory as soon as it arrives, and the product will be reserved for you - typically, your order will be shipped out within 1 business day as soon as we receive the new stock!

The back-ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the new stock. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking number.

Although you are welcome to, you will NOT need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the order! It will ship out automatically to you once the products are available.

We do our best to estimate when back-ordered items are expected to arrive back in-stock, and we will post this information on the website, but at times, logisitcs delays do occur which can delay your order from shipping longer than the time that we estimate.

Shipping

Most in-stock orders will ship out either the same, or next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Depending on where you are located, typically it will take anywhere from 1-5 business days for your order to be delivered.

We offer highly discounted ground shipping rates via UPS, Fedex or USPS anywhere within the Continental United States. Some larger products, such as salon/barber chairs, styling stations and shampoo units may require shipping by freight. Please contact us for a shipping quote for these types of products.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Assembly

Most products will come with an instruction manual in the box. If you did not receive an instruction manual, please contact us.

To install professional equipment, such as wall mounted dryers/hair processors, styling stations, shampoo units, etc., these products require professional installation by a licensed & bonded contractor or handyman.
